Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay here. The villa is in a great location, with a small, quiet beach less than five minutes walk away and a communal pool less than two minutes. The villa was very clean. We loved the outdoor space - two terraces and one roof terrace- great for enjoying sundowners and watching the sunset over the water. The small kitchen is ideal for preparing breakfast/coffee and light meals. The second bedroom is suitable for one older teen or two young children. The one weakness is the shower pressure in the main bathroom, which is a little slow. A very helpful and charming local manager who supported us through check-in and check-out. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the kitchen, and within twenty-four hours, she organised a replacement. Very easy communication with the owner, too; very helpful and understanding when there was a mix-up over the payment. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday in Baja Sardinia and look forward to returning soon.
