The Villa of 250 square meters, consists of 3 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with laundry), a large living room with living room and kitchen of 50 square meters on the 1st floor, a 2nd living room with kitchen of approx. 50 sqm on the ground floor which gives directly onto the swimming pool and the relaxation area. Two beautiful covered verandas of 35 square meters each, the villa is equipped with all comforts, such as: dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms.
