The unspoilt pine-fringed beaches of Pellegrin, L’Argentière, and Hyères are within an hours drive, offering scenic coastal walks and sparkling turquoise waters.
Locationsituated in the Côte d’Azur, halfway between Nice and Marseille (around 70 minutes to both airports) and an hour from Aix-en-Provence TGV station, La Peyrardière offers both tranquility and convenience. Just a 15-20 minute stroll (approx. 1.2 miles) from the house, Gonfaron offers a weekly farmers’ market, bakery, pharmacy, and a couple of bar-restaurants surrounding the village square. Larger supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. A car is essential.
Ground Floor
- Fully equipped eat-in farmhouse style kitchen with an iron Godin gas range, electric oven, a cupboard full of dinnerware and a/c. Double doors opening onto the back terrace.
- Beautifully decorated living room with working fireplace, connecting to a secondary seating/playroom with doors to the terrace.

First Floor

- Bedroom 2: Double bed with a/c , access to the master bathroom; vineyard views.
- Bedroom 3: Double bed with en-suite and a/c.
- Bedroom 4: Twin beds with a/c; shares the bathroom with bedroom 3.
- Bathroom with 2 doors, one to the landing and the other to bedroom 3. Corner bath with overhead shower.
Second Floor
- Bedroom 5: Spacious room with super king bed, exposed stone walls, a/c, and lovely views over the vineyards.
- Bedroom 6: Twin beds with a/c.
These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a corner bath and overhead shower.
All bedrooms can accommodate travel cots. Bed linen and towels provided.
Garden & Grounds
Set within an acre of mature, well-tended gardens dotted with olive and fruit trees, the house enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards.
Table football, boules, and table tennis are all available for guests to enjoy.
The pool house overlooks the 8m x 4m pool (heating available at an extra cost) and is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor cold shower and views towards the Maures Mountains. The pool and pool house are separated from the rest of the garden by a low fence with a double gate.
