Located just 15 minutes from the historically rich city of Sassari, this one-bedroom holiday house is surrounded by greenery and is perfect to relax completely on your vacation whilst tasting the authentic life of Sardinia. The getaway is a unique one, with a circular construction of the old Sardinian shepherds spread over two floors and consisting of every modern comfort. There is a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a sofa bed, and a bathroom set up with all comforts. A dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and induction hob are available.
The entire house is tastefully furnished and is equipped with Wi-Fi, a portable air-conditioner, a splendid fireplace and a TV. The large outdoor space in the garden and the pool are shared.
