Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good location not far from the highway. I think it’s a good option to stay if you want to visit Bologna too, without the crowds and parking issues. We used it as a stay for our trip towards south Italy. Great that parking space is private and gate closed. Spacious room with all you can need, inclusive coffee machine, fridge etc. Full sun proof blinds are a hug plus if you like to sleep in the full dark. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom. Dog could stay without extra charge. Friendly host communication via WhatsApp. Great experience- we recommend and would use it again if needed in the future.

Negative: The booking website mentions check in time 17-17.30, which feels like a very narrow time window to fit in when you travel. If it means only that the check in is from 5 pm onwards, then it would be nice to adjust it on the website so people are aware that they can check in from for example 5 to 10 pm (which I think is the case, as we got a code for the keys before arrival, so we were not dependant on the host presence at the place anyway).
