Charming fisherman's house with beautiful view of Thau lagoon lagoon and the hill of Sète. The house is 150m from the beach 300m from the port and its restaurants. Shops, the daily indoor market and the weekly market (Thursdays, Sundays) are all within a short stroll.
The house can sleep 6 (two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds). The house was sensitively renovated this winter (2018/19) and has electric heating.

Kitchen / living room with large seating area, dining table and kitchen equipped with new dishwasher (Miele), brand new washing machine, oven and hob and microwave. The room opens onto a terrace with views of the Thau lagoon and its oyster beds. This room has an open fireplace. We can provide logs for a small price.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a view of the lagoon and a small balcony to the side of the house.
Bedroom 2 has bunk beds, a sofa and a small balcony with views of the lagoon.
