Within the complex there are communal facilities such as a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a playground. There are bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
For sports enthusiasts, there are centres for diving, kitesurfing and windsurfing, as well as the opportunity to go on excursions and boat trips.
The old fishing village of Stintino is only 4 km away, so a car is recommended. The village is known for its picturesque harbour and the new marina, which is home to many typical restaurants. On summer evenings, the centre comes to life with the colourful night market. On the nearby beaches of Gabbiano and La Pelosetta there are bathing establishments where you can hire parasols and sunbeds (the opening of these facilities is at the discretion of the private operators).
