My home is full of the atmosphere of local Cantonese lifestyle, along with a great and convenient location. There are two subway stations of Line 8 in walking distance, one is at the West Gate of Sun yat-sen University (Zhongda Xi Men station), the other is next to Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art (Xiao Gang Station ), which can get to Pazhou Convention andExhibition Center. I have been lived here for over twenty years and very familiar with the surroundings.
My apartment is very safe and quiet with 24-hour security and guards. Majority of our neighbors are university teachers and local people who are very polite and kind. If you want to experience the charm of Cantonese local life, this is the perfect choice for an unforgettable experience..
All rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent natural light and ventilation. Interior design is the traditional Cantonese style, which might give you a comfortable and relaxed feeling. Inside my apartment, you can enjoy watching sunrise or sunset, reading books, drinking tea or playing the Chinese Zither, etc.
There are two balconies in my apartment. One is with living room and the other attached to host room. The scenery is excellent in day and night. At dawn, you can watch the the sunrise which seems is right in front of you. In the daytime, you can overlook the green campus of Sun Yat-sen University. At night, you can enjoy the beautiful changing neon lights of Guangzhou Tower.

The street of my apartment call “Yi Le Road” is the connection of the Pearl River and Guangzhou's largest fabric market. The historical architecture of the street and the block maintain appearance of old times.
