At the foot of Monte Legnone, nestled in gentle hills above Colico in the hamlet of Laghetto. The centre of Colico and the bay are only a few minutes away by car. Holiday flat Beata - the "lucky one" - has two bedrooms, like a house within a house due to its own outside entrance and the two panoramic terraces on three sides of the house. They overlook the bay of Piona and parts of the lake, the mountains, the pool and the surrounding meadows. A large barbecue with a beautiful pergola is at your disposal in the communal garden area. In Tuscan style, these are divided into three houses connected by round arches, each with two to three flats. In the rural neighbourhood there are individual houses, small farms, pastures and meadows. A service road ends at this fine private residence. The double-lane country road is about 150 m below.
The pool (3 x 5 metres) is open from June to September, depending on the weather. The lake is approx. 15-20 minutes' walk away.
