From all the rooms on this level you can exit onto the 18 m² balcony with table and chairs. The hall leads to the upper level consisting of a room for kitchen use with a single wall-mounted foldaway bed, T. V bathroom. From this room you pass on the large terrace of approx. 53 half covered by a wooden gazebo with table, chairs, deckchairs, equipped with a sink with hot and cold water. The last level is also accessible from the condominium staircase with its own door. The garage is of mq. 16 equipped with shower box with hot water, sink and shutter with remote control. The garden is shared. Autonomous heating. The apartment has been recently renovated, the floors in the night part are in parquet and in the day part large pink granite tiles, the windows are in wood with thermal glass and mosquito nets. The two kitchens are also fully furnished (electric fan ovens, 1 dishwasher, 1 pedestal fridge with drawer freezer, presence: of pots, dishes, cutlery and everything needed for cooking). Presence of fans in all rooms, ironing board, iron, drying rack and tongs. The apartment is NOT equipped with bed linen, towels and table linen. It is equipped with: underwear for mattresses and cushions, cotton and wool blankets, plaids, plasticized tablecloths
