Villino Simona is a characteristic independent Viareggio in typical Liberty style with colored glass doors, moldings and ceilings decorated in warm colors.
Its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make it perfect for two families or groups of friends!
Thanks to the many windows and skylights in the house you can breathe a bright and relaxing atmosphere.
Externally there is a small private and shaded courtyard for eating outside while on the second floor there is a solarium terrace ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
Shops, services, restaurants and the beach are all within 5 minutes walk!
The entrance leads to a cozy living room with sofas, TV and decorated ceilings, and then continues to the dining room with an extendable table to allow guests to eat together. You enter the courtyard shaded by the kitchen complete with hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, while the washing machine is located right in a corner of the courtyard. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with floor shower.
An elegant marble staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom with adjacent large private bathroom with shower and tub, two other double bedrooms (each with two single beds) very comfortable with wardrobes and small balconies that they overlook the street, as well as an additional bathroom with shower which is accessed from the hallway.
The double bedroom on the first floor also leads to the solarium terrace.
On the third and top floor of the house, in the large attic, there are two bedrooms (one single and one double), a very nice place for our younger guests. In the attic there is also the last bathroom of the house with shower.
In all bedrooms and in the living area on the ground floor there is air conditioning.
