The house is located in a strategic position: 400 meters from the wonderful Simius beach, reachable on foot in about 10 minutes and 800 meters from the town center, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. At about 600 meters there is a playground for children. Restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets are located 2 steps from the house, which however enjoys absolute tranquility, away from any kind of confusion or noise.
