This country style property is situated near Noto, between the villages of Ispica and Rosolini. Ispica is situated on a hill 170m above sea level and only 6km away from the seaside. From one side of the hill you can admire a great view of the coast line while on the other side of the hill lies a deep canyon, Cava d'Ispica, which is 13km long and stretches through the territory of Ispica and Modica. Although the town is not one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites, it has excellent examples of Sicilian Baroque architecture, the most famous of which is the church of Santa Maria Maggiore.
Villa Donata develops over two levels and an annex
On the ground floor you will find the living room with fireplace, sofa and TV. On the side you will have the dining table with chairs whilst just opposite you will find the masonry kitchen equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, and fridge-freezer. Within the kitchen area, there is also another dining table. On the same floor you will also find a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower.
Through a marble and iron staircase, you will reach the first floor where you will find the sleeping area, more precisely a double bedroom with a balcony, and a bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom with shower facilities.
The annex can be reached from the outside and it offers a further kitchen furnished with wood-fired oven and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.
The outside area offers a private garden all around the property, as well as an infinity pool with Jacuzzi area (11mt.x 6 mt. - depth 1.3mt. - 2.2mt max; open from April 1 to November 30). The house offers plenty of space to unwind and a porch around which is equipped for al fresco dining. There is also a solarium with sun-loungers.
