The villa develops over 300 sq.m on three levels.
On the ground floor we have the large and bright living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sea and pool, sofas and armchairs and a very large and modern kitchen with direct access to the garden. There is one bathroom with shower and infrared sauna and a fitness room.
On the first floor, we have a second living room also with large windows, sea views, sofas, armchairs and dining table with chairs. There are two double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.
On the second floor, there is one double bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower and one other double bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the third floor, the villa offers a large sun terrace with seating.
Outside, the 1500 sq.m garden is well kept and has a private swimming pool (10x5m; 1.3m deep; open from January 1st to December 31st) with sun lounges. There is a large terrace with comfortable outdoor sofas, table and chairs for al-fresco dining while watching the sunset and barbecue area. There is direct access to the sea and rocky beach in front.
