The house is spread over three levels, the lower one with an adjoining veranda, consisting of a large dining room with a brick fireplace and a large wooden dining table, complete with a double sofa bed; from the aforementioned room there is access to a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and cooker and a refrigerator with freezer. The sleeping area comprises: three double bedrooms with dresser and wardrobe, a laundry room with bathroom and shower. The ground floor, which is the floor from which you have access to the property, consists of a cosy living room with a sofa with peninsula, a wooden and wrought-iron coffee table, a low table for the TV and a table clearer with several compartments at your disposal. The living room leads to a comfortable equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor, on the other hand, comprises a double bedroom with dresser and two bedside tables, with an adjoining bathroom with shower and a small private veranda overlooking the pool.
The entrance to the house is through a large forecourt used as a private parking area. Attention, however, is drawn to the magnificent swimming pool with jacuzzi that dominates the entire veranda, with barbecue and brick seats. The pool is open from March until October inclusive.
