Villa Chianti Luxury is immersed in the wonderful Tuscan hills, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and its private garden with lawn.
Among the outdoor spaces there are two patios equipped with tables and chairs, a covered parking area and two hammocks, ideal for pleasant moments of relax.
At guests' disposal also 2 bikes, and a large pool (20 x 8 m), open during the warm season, and equipped with sunbeds and parasols. Next to the pool is a spacious outdoor kitchen with barbecue, where you can cook, have lunch and dinner around a large stone table.
Internal Description
Villa Chianti Luxury can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It is spread over 4 floors (including 3 floors with access from the outside and 1 floor with the master bedroom in the attic). Internally it is characterized by the presence of luxury details, azulejos, furnishings and objects typical of Nordic-Scandinavian design that make this villa truly unique.
Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms (except the one located on the floor -1) are provided with ir conditioning. Pets are not allowed.
Ground floor: The main entrance of the villa is located on the ground floor where you will find: 2 living areas, 1 large well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin, including 1 with ensuite bathroom with shower) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).
First floor: On the first floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
Floor -1: This floor houses: a game room; a gym, equipped with treadmill, exercise bike and weight bench; a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Also on this level there is a lovely spa, equipped with: Finnish sauna (90°); Turkish bath (35°); heated bathtub with hydromassage; cold bath tub; open-space shower area; toilet. The use of the spa comes with an additional cost, and advance booking is required, at least 24 hours before use. The opening of the spa, as also the filling and emptying of the tanks is exclusively taken care of by the villa staff that will also take care of cleaning the area after the use.
Floor -2: On this floor you will find a large living area consisting of three open space rooms plus a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) with access from the outside.
Prices and conditions
Please note that the access to the villa and to all outdoor spaces is not allowed to people who are not registered at check-in, unless previously and specifically requested and authorized by the property.
Included in the price: Welcome basket with basic products (oil, pasta, wine, etc.); water consumption; daily cleaning (2 hours a day, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday); final cleaning.
Excluded from the price: Electricity (according to consumption); heating according to consumption during winter months; extra services on request; use of the spa (advance booking is required, at least 24 hours before use. The spa can only be used between 02:00 PM and 06:00 PM, for a maximum of 4 hours at a cost of 250.00€ per session. Furthermore, the spa can only be activated by the villa staff). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay in advance (bank transfer) 1.000,00€ security deposit upon, which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
