This 165 m2 single-storey house sleeps 8, including 2 bunk beds, in the heart of an enclosed garden with flowers and trees covering 3,000 m², providing plenty of sunny and shady areas for family meals, sunbathing and playing, and where you can park as many vehicles as you need.
It is close to shops (bakery, butcher's, mini-market, etc.) and a market in high season and during school holidays.
It overlooks a discreet beach, popular with families and surfers alike, with uninterrupted views of the Ile de Ré, Fort Boyard and the Ile d'Aix. It's just a stone's throw from the cycle paths that lead to the island's magnificent beaches (Huttes, Saumonards) and the Saint-Denis marina, which offers a sea link with La Rochelle and a host of water sports (catamaran, jet-ski, windsurfing).
