The villa, located in front of the sea, arranged on one floor, is characterized by a large well-kept garden and stands overlooking the Pelosa beach. The view is incredible. From the bedrooms the view is lost in the sea.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (one of which is outside the villa and useful when returning from the sea), with the addition of an outdoor shower in the garden, hot and cold.
Designed by a nationally renowned architect in the 1970s, this structure was conceived to coexist in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature: gardens, crystal clear sea and the turquoise of the sea can be enjoyed as far as the eye can see.
The size of the villa is such that it can easily accommodate 12 people, 10 of them with their own suite. A wireless satellite Internet connection is integrated in the villa.
