Positive: The caretakers, Antonella and her husband, were lovely and very helpful . They sorted out any issues we had quickly. They provided instructions and helped with the BBQ and pizza oven.

Negative: The beds in 3 of the rooms where not beds but where sofa beds. This is not as advertised on the website. It did cause some issues for us as those sofas are not suitable for an adult for a week long stay. We had to move the kids around so that they were in those rooms. Still not ideal as two of the kids were teenagers and would have been more comfortable in a proper bed. Cleaning equipment (mops and bucket etc) were not provided. For a week long stay with 16 people this became a problem from a hygiene perspective. In the end we asked for them and Antonella leant us hers. When using the pizza oven we were instructed to use the trays from the ovens in the kitchen. These buckled in the heat and became difficult to handle. Would recommend proper pizza trays and better utensils for the BBQ be provided. Shower curtains were not present in some of the baths.

Summary: Nice location for family vacation but beds were not as advertised
