This is a lovely detached house in condo by the sea in a large garden with swimming pool. The place is ideal for families with children who wish to relax during the summer holidays in Sardinia. Our little cosy house is conveniently located in Punta degli Asfodeli by the Ira Beach in Porto Rotondo . You can walk to the famous Ira beach in Porto Rotondo in 12/15 minuted which is a fully equipped beach and benefits from a lovely restaurant and a coffee shop. The villa located on the stunning Emeral Coast is surrounded by fantastic beaches, Cala volpe, Romazzino, Pevero are only a few and are 20 mins away by car. Porto Rotondo is a 10 mins drive or a 23 minute walk. After a day out by the sea it is nice to relax in the garden by the pool or in our patio. If you wish in 5 minutes you can walk to the closest beach and rent a rubber dinghy and explores amazing beaches and islands such as Mortorio. All around there are restaurants, shops. The place is ideal for families with children who can run around freely or people who want enjoy the beauty and beach life in Sardinia while also resting in a very peaceful home surrounded by nature.
