Positive: "This hotel is housed in a beautifully renovated old, historic building—a transformation that is undoubtedly a challenging and commendable undertaking. In the spirit of complete transparency, I would like to highlight the positive aspects of our 4-night stay: Location: The hotel's location is truly superb and distinguished. It is incredibly close to the Central Bus Station, the Metro Station, the main shopping mall, and numerous restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. It is also conveniently located near the Historical Center. Rooms & Security: The rooms are new and clean. Due to the building's age and room capacity, they are genuinely best suited for two people only. Security is excellent; it is not easy for strangers to gain unauthorized entry. Exceptional Staff: The service we received was outstanding. Mr. Rosario was wonderful, treating us like a family elder. He handed over our room three hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time and even upgraded us to a room overlooking the center with a balcony. He also gave us a thoughtful farewell souvenir of Naples! Additionally, Mr. Fabio was fantastic; he greatly assisted us by helping us plan our sightseeing itineraries, which significantly reduced our costs. Breakfast: The morning breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of choices. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel. Our experience here was memorable, and we will definitely choose to stay here again when we decide to visit Naples in the future!"
