Independent house, furnished in rustic style, immersed in the Sicilian countryside, overlooking the sea and only 1000 meters from the beach, very quiet and peaceful area.
The house of about 70 square meters is on the ground floor, consisting of a dining room, furnished with a sofa bed that can be opened into a double bed, a wood-burning oven with a grill, a kitchenette with a four-burner stove and a gas oven. Features a small washing machine and an American coffee machine.
There is also a double bedroom with window and mobile air conditioner and another bedroom, also a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea. Present bathroom with shower and bidet. Sleeps 6.
Condominial parking space is available. Access to the property is regulated by a manual bar.
The beach is 1000 meters away with access by a steep asphalt road.
The city of Sciacca is about 5km away. Known for the sea, carnival, ceramics and good food, it is able to offer a pleasant nightlife, with its restaurants, its shops and the many clubs that you meet while strolling through its streets.
The location of the house is close to important archaeological sites of Agrigento, Eraclea Minoa Selinunte, Segesta.
