Situated in the hamlet of La Algarrobina, in superb landscaped grounds, the enclosed private area to both side and rear of the villa encompasses a beautifully laid out pool and sunbathing area. The hamlet is approximately 200 meters from a lightly used main Road , the current road surface leading to the Villa is hard core awaiting tarmac. A CAR IS ESSENTIAL .The nearest town of Vera is 2.5 km away providing access to a number of Supermarkets .The fishing port of Garrucha (home to the re-known Garrucha prawn) is a 15 minute drive and Mojacar Pueblo which is set up in the hills with its whitewashed villas, quaint boutique shops and stunning Panoramic views is a 20/25 minute drive .
