Negative: communication with the management was misleading I requested a room with a bath tub and was told, during booking it was available. However upon arrival our room had no tub, when I questioned this I was told the room with the tub had a problem, which they could not address during the Christmas period, so was not available. There was no communication about this prior to our arrival and left us no time to rebook a place with a tub. I feel this was simply an opportunity to ensure they kept the booking and made the money. The booking also said we had to request our breakfast the day before, so and verified that they had received it. Yet upon arrival I was told there was no breakfast available, as the kitchen was closed. This left us unprepared, even though there was a fridge in the room which we could have used had we known in advance. It may have been that we were booking in the off season, but if there is a problem with the requested room they should have told us in advance. I had specifically selected this location as it had a bath tub, which was requested and agreed to. The management communication related to these was poor and they simply wanted to make sure we were coming. We were very disappointed by this. I can not recommend this location as a result of thus poor customer service experience.
