The view is very panoramic both from the veranda on the ground floor and from the terrace on the roofs from which you can admire the whole Gulf with the promontory of Capo Figari, the islands of Figarolo and Tavolara, Capo Ceraso and Capo di Coda Cavallo.
From the garden, with lawn, trees and Mediterranean scrub, in which there is also the parking lot shaded with reeds, you have direct access to the sea and the beach which is 30 m away. The sea in front of the villa has a beautiful rocky bottom suitable for snorkeling.
