Summary: What an excellent three days! Nestled in a picturesque country setting surrounded by olive trees, the hotel exudes refined Sicilian elegance with a modern twist. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were large and elegant, reflecting the hotel's atmosphere. The pools a definite 10 out of 10. The quality and variety of the food were exceptional. The food is a celebration of Sicilian culinary traditions, full of flavour, and made with fresh local ingredients. The landscape around the property was postcard-perfect, with breathtaking panoramic views and amazing sunsets. Looking forward to returning soon!
