The church, located close to the perimeter walls of the ancient Pedicino castle, is municipal property and often used, in addition to religious rites and functions, for socio-cultural meetings and exhibitions. Dating back to the 14th century, it was renovated in the 16th century and welcomed the brotherhoods of the Blessed Sacrament and the Good Death. Internally it is divided into three naves and preserves five valuable baroque altars. Of particular artistic value is the one dedicated to the Madonna, which presents, among other things, five wooden panels depicting scenes from the life of Christ. Behind the central altar there is a seventeenth-century crucifixion with San Sebastiano, patron saint of the town, and San Francesco on either side.
