Location description: Cala Liberotto is characterized by a lot of bays and coves with sandy beaches, set among the rocks of a particular color, sometimes fading to pink and sometimes to pale yellow. On some beaches, the depth of the backdrop degrades in a gradual but steady way; and on other beaches degrades in a very soft way allowing children’s bathing enjoying the long waves. Beaches are all free and it is not admitted to leave umbrellas planted in the sand during the night (you risk a penalty and a kidnapping). The beach in front of

The cliffs of Cala Liberotto are low and accessible, and they represent a good place for rod fishing (surf casting); since the water is particularly clean it is rare to find mussels but it is easy to find sea urchins, although recently their presence has greatly declined because of their catching. Fishes below the surface are the classic Mediterranean fishes and it is easy to see bream, mullet, sarpi, bream, sparla, sole, weaver, stingrays, mullet, octopus, many shrimps, and much more; there are, although it is hard to see them, bass, a kind of barracuda. This one is absolutely not dangerous for humans and has a smaller size than the tropical species of the same family. In short, a lot of beautiful and .... tasty fishes.
