Positive: Really good location, 10-20min walk from 3 different beaches and plenty of restaurants. Very easy access to the bus to Olbia city centre. €1 for a single trip! The place was very clean and Delia was very friendly. We bought our own sheets/towels in our suitcases it was no problem! It is not a holiday resort area, but more properties for locals and families it seemed so it was very quiet around the pool, it was lovely.

Negative: No WIFI access, we knew before we went but it would be great if it was included, especially for use of the TV provided. A manual/welcome booklet would be very useful for local restaurants, taxi information, information about bins, how to use the oven and the dishwasher, about the pool rules and access to the pool. We just had to figure it all out but it would be nice if there was a welcome booklet for the property.
