Positive: The apartment was on the 7th floor with a wonderful view and, despite the small windows, quite bright. The building is very charming, especially the staircase.

Negative: The air conditioning units were indeed very loud, and we first had to look for the adapter in the flat, which was a bit of a hassle. We also missed having trash bins (there were only buckets, no bags), as well as kitchen soap and a sponge. After around midnight, only cold showers were possible.
