While remaining largely within the urban perimeter, the villa enjoys absolute tranquility, where you can spend restful days between the green of the garden and the blue of the Mediterranean sea. It is accessed through a private road overlooked by 6 villas (on 12,000 square meters of land), is just 80 meters from the promenade, on foot through a path that connects the house to the promenade. The sea is characterized by sand and rocks (of your choice) and although frequented by several swimmers it does not suffer from the characteristic crowd of the seaside resorts in summer. Guaranteed clear and clean water. The climate is pleasant and fairly windy.
