TAXES. The Municipality of Rome requires for each person over 10 years old, a tourist tax of €6.00 per night, to be paid cash upon arrival. The tax is paid only for the first 10 days of stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: The traveler and the people accompanying him are personally responsible for any damage to the structure and things. A security deposit of €200.00 may be required, which is refundable upon departure, if there are no damages.
