Our charming Ligurian stone house is situated just above the old town in Sanremo, and offers spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the city.
Here you are in a unique and private spot, yet only a few minutes walk from the buzzing city and its beaches.
The property consist of a terraced garden with olives, figs and lemon trees as well as a private outdoor pool. The two storied house has a well stocked kitchen and a living room on the lower level and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper.
There are several terraces with sunchairs, tables and pergolas to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade.
You enjoy your meals outside under the pergola where there is also a grill, or stroll down through the old city to any of the many nice restaurants and bars available in Sanremo.
The house is in a very quiet and private location, just above the road to the Church of Madonna della Costa and is reached by a short walk through an alley for the last 150 meters. The property cannot be reached by car, but parking close by can be arranged upon request.
There are lots of activities that are reached within just a few minutes, such as golf, tennis, hiking, cycling and swimming of course. The season is long and the weather is nice though-out the year, and the city with its friendly people, offers activities, good food and shopping year-round.
