The house is on the seafront of Porto Taverna, between a wetland inhabited by flamingos and the beach of the locality which is about 100 meters away and which opens onto the wonderful panorama of Tavolara which stands out imposingly in the middle of the beach, as if to welcome guests who decide to visit it. The feeling is of peace, relaxation, detachment from everything, in a small village, a fraction of Loiri Porto San Paolo, like this one, which however is also located in the center of the nightlife that goes from San Teodoro, which can be reached in 15 minutes in Olbia, where you arrive in the same period of time.
The house opens with a garden on the seafront with two internal parking spaces and a beautiful greenery that goes from the front of the house to the back, where there is a very private barbecue area, where there are also sun loungers , to experience the house even in extreme privacy. Although it borders on other houses within 10 meters of the garden walls, the house has this area of extreme privacy. At the front of the house we find a large veranda where on one side there are table and chairs and on the other there is a garden lounge, from both areas you look towards the sea.
Porto Taverna beach is the most important and dynamic. Here families, young sportsmen, tourists and residents gather to spend the whole day alternating convivial moments in the numerous refreshment points with sports and entertainment. There are two large car parks which facilitate access and it is also thanks to their presence that the beach is very crowded throughout the summer season.
Also in the case of the beach of Porto Taverna, the early hours of the morning or in the evening after 6 pm are the moments in which to enjoy it in peace. From one of the two car parks, the furthest one, you can reach the beach via a wonderful wooden walkway built a few years ago. We advise you to walk it in the evening or early in the morning, you will not regret it.

Upon entering the house we have a comfortable living room with tv and wifi and a full kitchen area, but no dishwasher. To access the sleeping area you have to move a little and you get to the two bedrooms, a double bedroom with a beautiful sea view and air conditioning and a twin bedroom with two single beds that can become a double. In the middle of the bedrooms we find a full bathroom with c, sink, shower and bidet. The air conditioner is located in the double bedroom and serves the entire house because it is powerful enough. We are about seventy square meters covered, with a square shape that allows fresh air to spread as best as possible.
