Our tastefully decorated and colorful apartment has been optimally arranged to allow everyone to have their own defined space, everything is designed for a most pleasant stay with family or friends!
Bathed in light, the apartment is laid out as follows:
- Upon entering the apartment, you will discover the sleeping area on the right side with three doors leading to the 3 bedrooms: one with a single bed 90x190, the other two are equipped with a standard double bed 140x190. All the rooms are equipped with storage (wardrobe/closet) & electric heaters. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower & vanity unit.
- You will also find a second bathroom with toilet, vanity unit, towel warmer & shower, these are the only toilets in the accommodation.
- The living area has an optimized space including a dining area with table & chairs, a living room area with sofas, coffee table, Smart TV, free Wifi connection & an equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, kettle, toaster).
- The living room has two French windows leading to the outdoor space: a beautiful covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, armchairs, outdoor sofas.
The bedrooms overlook the street but have double glazing, the neighborhood & the surroundings are relatively quiet.
The accommodation is located in the Barla district, just steps away from the iconic Place du Pin, famous for its restaurants & bars in a warm & colorful atmosphere.
You will be only 5 minutes walk from the Garibaldi tram station on line 2 connecting the airport & the port of Nice.
