Very bright apartment in a strategic position in front of the pine forest and the long sandy beach of Follonica. On the third floor (without lift) of a typical building in Follonica, its strong point is the view over the green of the pine forest and then of the sea just behind.

After the entrance you will find a corridor connecting all the rooms: on the right, a large kitchen equipped with a dining table and a "service" balcony with the washing machine, followed by the two bedrooms and the bathroom with shower. From the double room there is access to a small balcony with a view of the pine forest and the sea.
