Positive: The hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the dining staff, to the front desk, to the cleaners. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly throughout our entire stay. The facilities were also excellent. The spa is fantastic and was the main stand out part of the hotel. I would truly recommend experiencing it when staying here The food was amazing, and we tried the breakfast every day and also ate and drank at the lounge bar. Everything we were served was great and the service was of course excellent too. This is one of the best hotel stays ever, and it is a testament to the staff there. They clearly take such pride in their hospitality and it was a true treat.

Negative: The location was the only thing I'd say here. It is close to Mazara del Vallo which is lovely. Outside of this it is at least a 30 minute drive to another touristy town.
