The rooms are fresh and contemporary, opening onto private terraces where you can enjoy the views and dine outside with a private and exclusive view of Lake Como.
There's a large infinity swimming pool positioned alongside the house and set in its own gardens. This is exclusively for your use. Steps lead down from the swimming pool area to the lake shore and a small pebble beach with a private mooring.
Access to the property is via electric gates that lead to a private driveway with parking for two large cars. At the end of the driveway there is an electric turntable for an easy exit back onto the road.
