Summary: Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The only problem was that I accidentally booked the room for the next night versus the night I needed it. Of course I was in the hospital and stressed to find a place to stay. When I checked in and asked the desk to cancel the next night, my incorrect booking, they refused to do that. Cost me $200 figured they would at least give me a partial refund. So not sure about the management there.
