Interior Description
Bellosguardo 3 is a charming three-room apartment on the ground floor. It features a covered veranda of about 10 sqm and a 40 sqm garden with lawn and sea view—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze throughout the day, as the beach is only 80 meters away. The veranda includes a cozy lounge area with sofa and armchairs.
The apartment is well-finished and comfortable for up to four guests: the living area includes a dining table, TV and sofa, and a kitchenette equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, toaster, kettle, and hob. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double with wardrobe, and one twin with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A reserved outdoor parking space is available for guests.
