Le Perle di Stintino is a small condominium of 3 apartments, just 2 or 3 minutes drive from several beautiful beaches. This ground floor apartment, suitable for 6 people, has a shared garden overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Asinara. It is the perfect holiday spot for families or friends who want to relax in peace and quiet and explore the north-west of Sardinia.
The interior is light and airy. The open plan living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchenette is just next to the table and is well equipped with a hob, oven, coffee maker and fridge/freezer.
The shaded veranda at the front of the apartment is equipped for outdoor dining, allowing guests to dine al fresco, with panoramic sea views.

The north-western coast of Sardinia, less developed than the famous Costa Smeralda, offers numerous attractions nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the amenities of Stintino and La Pelosa. Just a 3-minute drive away you will find a supermarket and there are several restaurants to suit all budgets. For those interested in self-catering, Stintino's weekly market on Thursday mornings in Piazza dei 45 (5 minutes by car) offers a range of fresh local produce.
The Stintino peninsula boasts a variety of beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters. The most famous, La Pelosa, is just a 10-minute drive away. For a quieter experience, Spiaggia Punta Negra (2 minutes) may be preferable, although there are plenty of other options available.
The island of Asinara is a short boat ride from Marina di Stintino (5 minutes by car). This protected national park requires guided tours with registered operators. Visitors can enjoy beautiful walks, bike rides, horse riding and unspoilt beaches: a perfect destination for a day trip.
The historic town of Sassari (40 minutes) is one of the oldest towns in Sardinia, with a charming historic centre of palaces and churches, less crowded than other towns on the island.
Alghero Airport is 45 minutes away, while Porto Torres (30 minutes) serves as a ferry port with connections to Marseille, Barcelona, Genoa, Livorno and Corsica.
