Positive: Fantastic location - window with a view of Vieux Port, great restaurants below; great-looking interior, well-equipped (full kitchen, iron, washing machine), perfect communication with the owner, who allowed us to get the keys before the listed check-in hours window

Negative: There was no AC in such a warm city as Marseille, the morning street cleaning below was a bit of a noise issue for leaving the windows open at night, the stairs were undergoing renovation so it was an issue to get inside and dirt often managed to get inside the room

Summary: Perfect location but no AC
