The Vecchio Marino is located at 8 minutes walk from Palau center. It is in a central position from a good few beaches, Punta Nera, Isolotto, the Bau Bau beach suitable for people with pets.
All beaches around the area have great white sand and crystal clear waters and all face the island of La Maddalena, Santo Stefano and the Palau marina.
From Vecchio Marino you get directly to the center of Palau by the road named after the complex, even the driveway is surrounded by greenery here. It is actually a very relaxing walk and it will get you to the pinewood Punta Nera, great for outdoor activities, sport and picnics with family or friends.
This property is located in the natural mediterranean gardens in the area Vecchio Marino. It is a small villa finely decorated and furnished with taste divided in three blocks. The first block is destinated to the day time and consists of living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette ( gas stove , fridge and freezer ). The second block separated from the first one by a covered fully equipped patio, is the sleeping area and has a double bedroom with large wardrobe, a second bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with window and shower. The third block, in the basement, consists of double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The outdoor part has a dining area under the covered patio and in the garden deckchairs in an area overlooking the sea. This accommodation offers a great freedom to all guests because of the independent areas, great dinners “al fresco” in privacy and relax on the patio. Vecchio Marino is unique under this point of view. The ideal position of the complex makes life easy: you can walk to Palau centre or to the close beaches Punta Nera and Isolotto or to the lovely pine forest nearby. Parking space area is reserved next to the apartment.
