Apartment of 45 sq m, on the first floor with a balcony with a stunning view over the coast, as well as another private terrace. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child. Living room (Sat TV) with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person, small kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee machine). A double bedroom with an additional single bed (160 cm long). A bathroom with shower. Pets allowed.

This beautifully renovated country house is situated at approximately 150 meters above sea level and enjoys stunning views over the Versilia coast. It is located 2.5 km from the town of Massa (many shops and restaurants) and only 7 km from the beaches of Marina di Massa.

Thanks to its perfect and beautiful location, this house is ideal for all guests who want to relax, far but not too much from the hustle and bustle of everyday life on the Versilia coast. Easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, as well as Cinque Terre. Nearby there are many trekking routes on the Apuan Alps.
